If you would like to change your order please put the changes in writting so you have your authorisation to make the changes to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you to confirm the changes have been made.
Please note that all changes must be made before being dispatched. When the price is lower than the previous choice some charges can apply.
Do i have to pay for my item before it is delivered ?
We always need to take the full payment from our customers before we dispatch any orders.

If your order today, you will be called by the delivery service to schedule the delivery date and time slot.

We will cancel the order and refund the amount debited on your account. refunds may takes few days depending on your bank procedures.
Please note that your cancellation has to be confirmed by our quality service department.

i have an area of space i am working with , how do i determine which range is most suitable?
Each range details the dimensions along with each foot print , the footprint is the total od space required for each piece of furniture.
There are cushions missing for my set?
Some cushions are packed underneath the footstools , Sofa , chairs , lifted upside down and you will find them pushed under the seat of the products.
The fixture and fittings are missing for my table where can i find them?
the fixtures and fittings are taped to the table top or cardboard packaging material.
